About Rightful

I have a question or need help. How do I get in touch with you?

What is Rightful?

Rightful is on a mission to change the way people heal with a new class of Plant-powered Medicine™ designed by doctors and herbal medicine experts. Rightful aims to address society’s biggest health challenges by harnessing the power of medicinal plants and modern science: natural, safe to use every day, and most importantly, effective.

What makes Rightful different from any other supplement brand?

We get it. There are hundreds of other supplement brands out there. Why should you trust Rightful with your health? First, we invite you to check out the Rightful Test. The truth is that most supplements don’t work. It’s a lot cheaper for a company to put a small amount of herbs into their products than to give you therapeutic doses backed by real studies. (We call that “pixie dust.”) At Rightful, we don’t do pixie dust. Our Plant-powered Medicine™ is designed to be safe and effective, and we’re always transparent about what you’re getting and why. It’s the Rightful thing to do.

What is the Rightful Guarantee?

We stand behind our products and are confident they’ll work for you. If you’ve ordered one of our products for the first time and take it as directed, and you’re unhappy for any reason, please contact us at care@rightful.com or (720) 706-0684 for assistance. If you’re still unsatisfied, we’ll give you a refund on your purchase.

About Plant-powered Medicine™

What makes an herb "medicinal"?

Herbs have been used to treat a huge variety of health ailments on every continent for thousands of years. In fact, many modern pharmaceutical drugs are derived from compounds found in herbs. Herbal extracts are powerful concentrated ingredients created by extracting specific elements from a fresh or dried herb – sometimes from the entire plant, or sometimes only the compounds that are known to have therapeutic impacts on the body. We do extensive research into credible medical and scientific studies to establish the amounts of each herb that will deliver significant therapeutic benefits, and we use those amounts in our formulas.

How do I take Rightful products?

For best results, Rightful should be taken every day according to the Suggested Use on the label. While we’ve worked hard to create liquids that taste good (herbs on their own are usually quite bitter), you can also mix our formulas into a juice or other drink. Just remember that our potent formulas are only 30 ml (1 fl oz) servings, so it’s important that you don’t leave some at the bottom of a glass or blender!

If you have any questions about how to get the most from your Rightful, please contact us at care@rightful.com or (720) 706-0684. We even have a nurse and a pharmacist on staff to help!

When will I start to feel results?

Plants work naturally and synergistically with your body’s systems to restore balance and promote healthy reactions to the external and internal stimuli that can cause pain and discomfort. This means that our herbs have a cumulative effect, and you will see better results the longer you’re taking your Rightful products. Every body and every herb are unique, so the time it takes to see optimal results can vary from person to person. For example, Digestive Relief & Repair works immediately to relieve symptoms of occasional heartburn, bloating and gas, but when you take it every day, it also helps to heal gastroesophageal irritations and promote optimal digestive health over time. Pain Relief & Recovery, on the other hand, works in part by changing the way your body reacts to pain-causing stimuli and helping to suppress the body’s tendency to create inflammation. While most people have noticeable pain relief after 2 weeks of daily use, customers report starting to see the biggest improvements after 4-6 weeks.

It seems that almost every supplement is a pill or capsule. Why are Rightful products liquid?

When you take a pill or capsule, your body has to work hard to break down the exterior, which means that the active ingredients have less time to diffuse in your digestive tract and be absorbed into your bloodstream. Rightful’s liquid formulas are more bioavailable than pills and capsules, which means our herbs are absorbed by your body more easily and efficiently – and that means they’re more effective.

What can you tell me about Rightful's ingredients?

We work closely with our product development and manufacturing partners to ensure our products only use high-quality ingredients. We also test our active ingredients in independent labs. Our ingredients are vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free, and lactose-free. In our ingestible products, we don’t use artificial sweeteners, colors, stabilizers, or preservatives. Our topical products have no artificial dyes or fragrances, no mineral oils or silicones, and no parabens or phthalates. And our herbal extracts are created using water, CO2, food-grade ethanol, or plant oils – no harsh solvents.

Why is it important to take Rightful every day?

Our herbs are powerful and can deliver extraordinary therapeutic results, but they only work if you take them. Because plants work synergistically with your body to support natural symptom relief and longterm healing, you’ll see the best results after extended, consistent use.

Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are manufactured in the United States. We selected our manufacturing partners for their best-in-class capabilities and their commitment to quality. Our partners hold a variety of certifications, including SQF-3, ISO-9001, and GMP.

Can I take Rightful products more than once a day?

Please follow the Suggested Use instructions on the label. Most of our products can be taken more than once per day, but the maximum number of servings per day varies from product to product.

Can I take multiple Rightful products together?

You can absolutely take multiple Rightful products. In fact, many of our products are designed to work together. If you have any questions about what Rightful combination is right for you, contact us at care@rightful.com or (720) 706-0684. We even have a nurse and a pharmacist on staff to help!

Should I take Rightful with food or during a specific time of day?

Rightful products do not need to be taken with food or at a specific time of day. The only exceptions would be if you’re taking a formula that supports energy or sleep, or if you’re taking a serving of Digestive Relief & Repair for immediate symptom relief. Once you find a time of day that works for you, we recommend continuing to take your daily formulas around the same time each day to establish a routine.

When do Rightful's products expire?

Unopened bottles can be stored at normal room temperature, but once a bottle is opened, it must be refrigerated and consumed within 15 days. Single-serving packets do not require refrigeration, and the contents of one packet should be consumed all at once. Each bottle or carton is stamped with a lot number and date of manufacturing. Our Pain Relief & Recovery and Digestive Relief & Repair formulas are pasteurized, so if stored under normal conditions, they remain shelf-stable and recommended for one year after manufacturing. Our topical creams are recommended for 18 months after manufacturing. Our tincture/glycerite products are recommended for two years after manufacturing. If you have any questions about your Rightful products, please contact us at care@rightful.com or (720) 706-0684.

About Cautions

Can Rightful be taken with my current medications? Are there any drug interactions?

Whenever you start taking a new product for your health, it’s important to talk to your healthcare provider about what you’re taking and what you hope to achieve. You should always follow your doctor’s advice, and any information we provide is not intended to substitute for medical advice from your healthcare provider. Not every doctor is trained or knowledgeable about herbal medicine, so we also have a nurse and a pharmacist available to speak to you or your healthcare provider. Just email us at care@rightful.com or call us at (720) 706-0684, and we’ll be happy to answer your questions as best we can.

Can I take Rightful if I'm pregnant or nursing?

Our products contain high doses of medicinal herbs, and many of our products should not be taken if you are pregnant or nursing. Our labels include specific warnings for each product that you must read, and if you are pregnant or nursing, do not start taking a Rightful product without first talking to your doctor.

Is Rightful suitable for children?

No. Our products were designed for adults. Please keep out of reach of children.

About Orders

Where can I purchase Rightful products?

You can purchase Rightful directly from our website 24/7. We also have a growing number of healthcare partners who carry Rightful products and sell them to patients right from their facility. If you think your healthcare provider would like to learn more about Rightful, we’d love to speak with them! They can email us at care@rightful.com for more information about Rightful’s products and wholesale pricing.

What forms of payments are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards plus PayPal. If there’s a payment method you prefer that we don’t accept, let us know!

I placed an order. How can I track my package?

You’ll receive an email from us letting you know when your order has shipped, and in that email, you’ll find a tracking number for your delivery. If you created an account, you can also find the tracking number in your order record. Contact us at care@rightful.com with any questions.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Postage is one of our biggest costs, but we’re committed to giving all of our customers free shipping on orders over $45. In order to continue to offer free shipping, we work hard to find postage cost savings wherever we can, and sometimes that means it takes a little longer for your order to arrive. Please allow 2-7 business days from when your order ships to receive your Rightful products, and you can use the tracking number we send you to see when your order will arrive. If you’re a subscriber who is concerned about running out of product before your next order arrives, please contact us at care@rightful.com or (720) 706-0684.

How can I change or cancel an order?

If you ordered by mistake or need to make a correction please contact us as soon as possible by phone 720-706-0684 or online chat so we can best assist you.

What do I do if my package arrives damaged or my order has missing or incorrect items?

Please email us at care@rightful.com with a picture and brief description of the problem. We’ll be happy to replace anything that’s damaged or missing.

What is your return policy?

We take the safety and quality of our products very seriously. For that reason, once an order has shipped, we cannot accept returns. Our goal is to make sure that you’re happy and have the best experience possible with us, so please contact us at care@rightful.com with any questions or concerns.

I see that I can subscribe to many of your products. What are the benefits of subscribing?

Rightful’s products have even better effects the longer you take them, and for best results you should take them consistently every day. For that reason, most of our customers choose a subscription. The benefits of a subscription include: lower prices on Rightful products; never worry about running out because you’ll automatically get your next month supply; easily change your next order date if you need your next order sooner or later; and special subscriber-only benefits.

I’m traveling. Is there a way to pause my subscription?

We make it easy for you to change your next order date. You can skip a shipment or move your next order up or back as needed. Just log into your account and click on ‘My Subscription’. Don’t forget to get your travel-ready, TSA-friendly single-serve packets so you can take Rightful wherever you go and never miss a dose! If you’ll be away from home for an extended period, we’re happy to send your next order to a new address, too; just update your shipping information in your account before your next order processes, or reach out to us for help.

How do I view the tracking information of a recent order?

If you have an account, then after an order is shipped you can find the tracking information in your order record.

  1. While logged into your Rightful account, click “Orders” and find the order you want to check.
  2. In the “Status” column you will find the order’s status.
  3. If the order status is “Completed,” click on the order number. (If the order is not in a Completed status, that means it hasn’t shipped yet.)
  4. Click on the tracking number to view your shipping progress.
